EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION - OUR BOARD

The Foundation is managed by a Board of Trustees that is made up of distinguished Phi Chi Theta alumnus who are recognized as industry leaders in their chosen business profession. Combined, the Board has over 200 years of Phi Chi Theta, professional experience, and community involvement.

Greg Holden, President - Mr. Holden (Delta Sigma – James Madison University) has been an active member of Phi Chi Theta Fraternity for over 20 years. He has served as a National Officer and has been inducted into the Phi Chi Theta Alumni Hall-of-Fame (1992). He has been on the Board since 2002 and has served as the Information Technology Chair and member of the Scholarship Committee. Mr. Holden is an IT Program Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton.
   
Frances Spencer, Secretary - Ms. Spencer (Delta – Northwestern University) has been a member of Phi Chi Theta for over 40 years. She served 6 years as the North Central District Director, was the 2004 recipient of the Alumni Achievement Award, and is President of the Chicago Alumni Chapter. Ms. Spencer works as the Assistant Commissioner in the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development.
   
Mary Ellen Lewis, Treasurer - Ms. Lewis (Colorado Alpha – University of Denver) celebrated her Diamond Anniversary (50 years) in 2006 as a Life Member of Phi Chi Theta. She is a Past National President, an inductee of the Alumni Hall-of-Fame, and the recipient of the Anna E. Hall Memorial Award. Ms. Lewis is actively retired after 31 years of service; including Administrative Officer in the College of Business at Univ. of Colorado at Denver.
   
Gary Hodge, National President - Mr. Hodge joined the Epsilon Beta Chapter at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA in the Fall of 1990. He was elected president of his chapter in the Spring of 1991. He remained in that office until his graduation in the Spring of 1993. For his work with the Epsilon Beta Chapter, Gary was awarded the National Key Award for excellence and service to the chapter. He graduated with honors with a BS in management.

David Durham - Mr. Durham (Gamma Delta - Stephen F. Austin State University) has been an active member of Phi Chi Theta for over 10 years. He has served as Southern Regional Director and as a member of the Executive Policy Board. Mr. Durham is an Associate Vice President of AIM Capital Management and is responsible for quantitative analysis and system development in the fixed income.
   
Dr. Danity Little - Dr. Little (Alpha Mu – University of Maryland) has been an active member of Phi Chi Theta for over 30 years. She is a Past National President and inductee of the Alumni Hall-of-Fame. Ms. Little has had an extensive career in government service. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at Brenau University – Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Small Business Management.
