Text Box: Scholarship Program

At the cornerstone of our organization is the Phi Chi Theta Scholarship Program.  Since 1999, we have awarded over $9,500 in scholarships to members  who exemplify scholastic achievement, leadership and commitment to the ideals of the organization – characteristics of a business leader.

In 2008, we will be awarding over $4,500 in scholarships to Phi Chi Theta members.  This is made possible through a fully-funded endowment and memorial funds that have been established to commemorate the memory of individuals that have made a substantial contribution and impact to the organization or local community.  This includes:

Naomi L. Satterfield Memorial Scholarship

Irene M. Meyer Memorial Scholarship

Anna E. Hall Memorial Scholarship

Helen D. Snow Memorial Scholarship

Lester F. Richardson Memorial Scholarship

Trustees’ Scholarship

These scholarships are funded through tax-deductible contributions made to the Foundation by the generosity of its chapters, members, friends, and corporations.  Beginning in 2008, as we “Build Your Future,” the Irene M. Meyer Memorial Scholarship will be awarded from the donations received in her name.
